Our mission is to provide all of the educational tools necessary for our patients to enjoy a cavity-free future.
We like to feel that our patients and their parents do not come to our office to have their "cavities fixed" but rather to prevent them.
Our office is modern and inviting for children of all ages, designed to create a happy experience, with up-to-date equipment.
As such our days are always fun with lots of action, never a dull moment here.
We are seeking an additional Pediatric Dentist to assist in the growth of the practice and we hope that some day you may want to join as a partner.
Your responsibilities will include preventative/restorative pediatric dentistry. Interest in orthodontics and airway issues a bonus.
We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, but most importantly, have fun at the office. One should be willing to learn and be flexible with unforeseen happenings that seem to occur every day.
From the owner: "I am hoping to learn as much from the candidate as they learn from me. From a clinical standpoint, I believe in treating conservatively. I truly feel that every clinician has their own way of dealing with patients and that my way, which may work for me, may not work for another dentist. I am open to other points of view."
If you share that philosophy and are looking to pursue your passion for children's dental health, then call us right away and let's have a chat. Why you should come work for us:
We have a history of long retention employees, which reflects on the environment of the office.
We take pride in using new technologies and ideas to improve both the patient experience but also to constantly improve as clinicians.
The owner is also open to new ideas. For example, over the last five years we have placed a heavy emphasis on evaluating and treating pediatric airway issues, which can be the underlying cause of malocclusion.
In doing so, our team and parents have been excited about the outcomes not only from a dental perspective but from a quality of life for our patients.
We have operating room access in three local hospitals and have a pediatric anesthesiologist work in our office.
The Appleton area has recently been rated in the top 50 areas to live in the USA. We have a relatively low cost of living. Housing is constantly 40% less than urban areas. Our community offers an active arts scene. Our performing arts center usually hosts seven traveling Broadway shows a year, Lawrence University has an outstanding music department, an event called Mile of Music, a music festival in which musicians from all over the country perform non cover music over a five day period.
Our airport has direct flights to most major hubs (Chicago, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Detroit, Denver).
We are only 2 hours from Milwaukee, 3 from Chicago and 4.5 from Minneapolis.
Our public and private schools are ranked among the top in the state. If one is into outdoor activities, there is great kayaking, hiking, biking, and fishing a short drive away.
Our medical community is unusually well qualified for a community of this size.
