Up for sale by owner is an 18 year old thriving Physical Therapy clinic that specializes in orthopedics with a mix of orthopedic patients from neck, back, knee, shoulder, hand, etc.. We also treat a small percentage of neurologically based clients such as stroke patients and periodically a cerebral palsy patient. 

The office is staffed with the owner, a physical therapy assistant, three full-time office staff, and two PRN part-time office/clinic technicians.

The office is a 2800 square-foot beautiful office and is located across the street from a wonderful park with softball and soccer fields and recreation center. The area is growing tremendously and the office will continue to grow as years go on.

Financials, annual revenue and expenses for the last 5 years available to review. There are no financial liabilities to inherit. The clinic is solvent. Majority of revenue is from insurance reimbursements with a small percentage at about 2% of self pay patients. Our average units billed is 4.43 per visit with a gross charge of $183.33 per patient visit and net sale at $86.44 per patient appointment.

Last year the office saw highest ever number of visits with an average of 135 patients per week. Last week they had 152 visits.

The office is available for rent from the retiring owner at a favorable rate.

There is a big upside potential from implementing marketing and social media, updating fee schedule, reorganizing internal functions for better efficiency and implementing efficient sofware solutions.

The owner is a CHT and delivers a small percentage of Hand Therapy, if you have hand therapy experience or even the CHT certificate that would be great, but not necessary to succeed.
