Compensation:
$40 - $47/hr

ABOUT THE POSITION

With extensive experience in a variety of PT disciplines, we are a full-service physical therapy clinic. Our services include but is not limited to:

  • Physical Therapy
  • Manual therapy
  • Laser therapy
  • Therapeutic Exercise
  • Gait training
  • Balance training
  • Post-Op rehab

Patient population ranges from about 16 years old to 95 and we service on average 12 patients per day per therapist.

The facility is 4000 sq ft big with open gym space and we have access to off-site aquatic care.

Your responsibilities will include 

  • Perform initial evaluations, create plan of care, review patient history,  get agreement on the plan of care, make accurate PT diagnoses, communicate with relevant healthcare providers regarding plan of care
  • Provide treatment per CA Practice Act
  • Progress patient plan of care throughout course of treatment
  • Challenge, oversee, direct, coach, support and delegate to PTA and PT Aide as appropriate to provide a 5 Star Patient Experience
