  • Delegation and voluntary use of PT Aides and other support staff.
  • Management of patient education and family interaction as necessary.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Views Physical Therapy as a career and not just a job to get a paycheck

Why you should come work for us:

We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented facility and company where the owner still enjoys treating patients 4 days per week.

Owner is in touch with daily stress points and specific concerns that affect all clinicians each day.

We promote a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that encourages interaction between clinicians, patients, and support staff.  Owner promotes an open door policy when employee has a concern or issue.

Our Physical Therapists look at their job as a career and not just a paycheck.

Our facility enjoys the reputation of providing the most comprehensive treatments in the area as our Physical Therapists are not pressured to over-book.  Initial Evaluations are scheduled for an hour and follow-ups are scheduled for 30 minutes.

Outside the clinic we are all friends, including playing golf together, going to sporting events, and having cookouts occasionally.

Between our 2 facilities, we are approaching over 200 5-star Google reviews which illustrates the type of quality care our Physical Therapists provide.

Lastly, we have very little turnover in our office.  Of the 8 clinicians currently on staff, 2 have been with us for 4 years, one for 6 years, one for 7 years, and another for 18 years!  The reason for this is the satisfaction our clinicians have every day being given the flexibility to be the best they can be without being pressured to produce more and more.
