Private Dental practice providing Cosmetic Dentistry, General Dentistry, Invisalign, Sleep Apnea, VELscope Cancer screenings and much more to the communities of Bethlehem, PA.

Compensation:
35% of collecitons, negotiable

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our practice provides a comprehensive list of dental services, including but not a complete list: Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Veneers, Fillings, Smile Makeovers, Teeth whitenings, Root canals, Periodontal care, crowns and dentures.
 
We have achieved Gold Level Invisalign Provider status three consecutive six month periods and we are very well known and liked in our community.
 
Our practice is fully up-to-date technologically with Rear delivery, Planmeca CBCT, ITERO, DEXIS, DENTRIX, Intra-oral cameras, Velescope.
 
We are currently using 8 operatories and Op 9 is partially done.
 
You should possess these qualities:
Likeability, dependable, attention to detail, high emotional intelligence such as emotional sensitivity to patients wants and needs while helping patient understand what is urgent.  Willing to communicate with administrator when having trouble with a case, patient, or staff person. Works as a team. Become a leader for the practice. 
 
And you will be expected to perform these responsibilities:
Be proficient in endo, molar endo, crown and bridge, implant restoration, some oral surgery, non metal fillings, computers, x-rays for CBCT, ITERO scanner to read and interpret software, Invisalign certified, sleep apnea appliances or be willing to be trained in therapy of sleep apnea,  Background in occlusion training. 

Treatment planing skills important. Heavy use of Intra-oral photos for examinations, Oral cancer exams by dentist with every periodic exam. Gets info on probings by hygienist and DX periodontal disease. Corroboration with owner dentist on cases and case development. Excellent communication skills with staff and patients.
 
Associate has opportunity for all types of cases.  Owner dentist available to help with case and  treatment development.  Current associate on site to help train for larger cases.  Practice has well known reputation for Cosmetic Dentistry and Comprehensive Dentistry.
 
Full fee Invisalign gets paid at $1,000 per case.  Half paid at start, half paid  at finish. A healthy flow of ortho cases adds to your overall pay. We have systems and staffing that support doing a larger than normal caseload.  Overall our practice is systems-based which helps facilitate efficient dentistry, great patient care and minimal patient upsets.
 
The Administrator and Dental Director are passionate about dentistry, advancement, cohesiveness of team, and longevity of the team members.  Office culture is important and reinforced to keep environment positive. The team is amazing and any dentist that has worked here will vouch for that.
