How are we able to routinely select outstanding candidates for employers?
As part of our screening process we employ a battery of personality tests that 99% of the time help us predict who will be an
awesome employee. The Personnel Potential Analysis (PPA) test gives us the best overall picture of whether or not a given
candidate will be a good fit for a particular position and if not for that particular position it will tell us what other position
would work best for him/her.
..........................................
The Personnel Potential Analysis (PPA) test consists of
200 questions relating to various aspects of an individual’s job related attributes. The results are shown on a graph (see above)
and one can tell where a person is at with respect to:
- Stability and being focused on tasks,
- General outlook in life, being happy or discontented,
- Composure, tendency to not be worried or being the worrying kind,
- Personable, certainty level, consistent or uncertain, inconsistent,
- Active, in motion or slow at starting, inactive,
- Capable, outward, aggressive or inhibited and submissive,
- Responsibility, being objective in judgment or irresponsible and low initiative,
- Logical reasoning or tendency for errors,
- Appreciative and friendly or lack of accord, dispassionate,
- Communication level or withdrawn.
Each of these traits has many different nuances that the test will reveal. As long as the person is doing the test honestly
you will get a very good picture of that person's job related attributes and his potential. It does not diagnose any
mental or physical condition or disability.

The Aptitude Test is a timed test that will help determine
how well a person can duplicate* instructions and is a great tool to find out on what kind of position a person should be placed.
This test also measures the accident proneness of the testee.
*duplication: An exact copy; reproduction. In the case of instructions or orders, duplication refers to the exactness to
which the person followed the instructions or orders.

The IQ Test (Intelligence Quotient - a person's ability to
solve problems) This timed test measures an individual's capacity for learning new information and is an estimate of his/her ability
to solve problems. Note that language barriers may lower IQ scores below their actual level where a person who is still in the process
of learning English takes an English IQ test. Because of this it is important to test in the person's primary language. We currently
only have the English version of the IQ test. If you require another language, let us know and we will try to accommodate
your needs.
