For sending us a job seeker who we later on place with a company and when the person has been employed for 30 days, we will send a referral commission of $50.00.

For hooking us up with an employer who we later on help getting one or more employees, we will send you $50 per new employee we place for 1 year. 

That can really be a boost to your own flourishing and prospering! The idea being that job seekers should land their perfect gig and stay with it and employers who expand are going to need a lot of new people.
