| Essential Duties: |
Follow, determine appropriateness of and amend as needed pre-set goals for clients. Our clients are mainly Children - ages Newborns -3 years of age. As a result goals can be met quickly. Follow all appropriate PT guidelines. Keep daily notes and do progress reports usually every five months. Schedules are set for you. work a region: Westchester (North W.) La Crescenta (North E.) Whittier (South E.) Long B. (South W.) This is roughly the area. We cover a lot of cities not all are reflected here. Travel to client's home is compensated. Bonus structure in the works. Full time: Medical , Dental, Opt. 7 holidays/ yr. 13 days pto. AAA, Costco card. $500.00/ yr. cont. edu. (pediatric related).
Mainly mild cases such as Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Autism. Set and carry out treatments to achieve goals. Keep minimum daily notes and write progress reports every 5 months or when otherwise due. |
