This is our top of the line expert recruitment service. You simply tell us what you want and we go
get it for you. The applicants that we provide will be interviewed, tested and reference checked and
you can be assured that they are interested in working for you. We check and verify that each person
has a purpose for the position that’s being offered. Our methodologies for assuring a near perfect match are unique
within the Employment Agencies industry.

Hiring consultation
We will consult you on any matters related to the hiring process, help you decide whether or not to
hire applicants that you have by interviewing them and optionally administer the 3 tests. We can consult
over the phone or through email. Time charged is for time spent on the phone, doing research or interviewing your applicants
and authoring recommendations in writing. Testing is extra to the hourly rate, see below.

Advertise Your Open Jobs on our website
You can now advertise your open job positions on our website along with our Current Job Listings.
There are 2 types of ads:
The BASIC Ad posts the job on the site for 30 days.
The ENHANCED Ad posts the ad for 30 days and in addition to that we send out an email to our Job Seekers email
list promoting the job. It is a very fast method to get responses.
The responses to the Ad come to us and we forward them to you. To use this feature, simply go to
Sign in to manage job listings and follow the instructions.
Fee: BASIC - $30 for 30 day listing
ENHANCED - $100 for 30 day listing and 1 email blitz. $30 for an additional email blitz within the 30 days.

Applicant testing
If you have prospects for your open positions and want a second opinion or confirmation about
someone's suitability for a given job, these tests will tell the story. They are the tests that we
use daily in our own work with a high degree of success. We administer 3 proprietary tests and
you will receive the results of the tests and a recommendation whether or not the applicant would
be suitable for the position in question.
