of the company
The People Link was started in 1995 by Mya Borgman as a part time hobby helping
friends and others find a job. This grew as word of mouth spread that Mya
was very good at finding jobs that aligned with the job seeker's purposes in life.
And it grew as employers were extremely happy with finding new personnel who
really wanted to work for them. It made a big difference in their businesses.
Employers continued to pass the word around to other employers to contact Mya for
their personnel needs. It became something really helpful and the demand got
bigger and bigger. The People Link evolved into a full time business in May 1997.
There is now a team working together to fill all the requests that come in.
Our clientele has grown to cover all of the United States and we do many diverse personnel
placements.
Our most frequently filled positions include office and administration,
computer technicians and programmers, various engineers, office managers and
senior executives. But anything goes. We are committed to finding the ideal job
match between employers and job seekers. Our biggest successes have come from perfectly
matched positions, and that is also what makes us unique in the recruitment industry.
We really care about both the employer and the job seeker.
As of 2005 we have placed over 2000 employees in all kinds of
businesses and the majority of them are still happily employed.
